Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technique capable of preserving a protease-treated royal jelly in a liquid or frozen state without pulverizing the same; and the royal jelly manufactured by the technique.SOLUTION: The provided protease-treated royal jelly preservable in a liquid or frozen state is manufactured by a method including a first step of treating royal jelly with protease and a second step of adjusting the pH of the protease-treated royal jelly; a composition including the protease-treated royal jelly is also provided.
