Abstract:
To provide a protected sulfated oligosaccharide compound capable of being a production intermediate of a polysulfated hyaluronic acid.
With N-acetylglucosamine/glucuronic acid as a basic constitutional unit, a sugar donor compound and a sugar acceptor compound are reacted, where the hydroxyl group is protected by a protection sulfate group.
