Abstract:

To provide a telephone call service using a public telephone set at a low charge or at no charge.

When a user makes a call by using the public telephone set 1, advertisement information is transmitted from a server system 2 to the public telephone set 1. A person installing the public telephone set 1 obtains an advertisement income from the supplier of advertisement information and can apply it to the management maintenance cost of a telephone line and the telephone set. Consequently, the telephone call service using the public telephone set 1 can be provided at a low charge or at no charge.
