Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a punching mechanism capable of continuously performing a high-precise and fine-diameter punching by improving straight traveling properties of a punch.
CONSTITUTION: Guiding of a plunger 94 in hitting of a punch 9 is performed by the point contact to fine-diameter balls 105 dotted around two upper and lower parts of a retainer 104, and to be elastically deformed by the plunger 94, and guiding of the retainer 104 in hitting of the punch 9 is performed by the point contact with the balls 105 in relation to the inner peripheral surface of a large-diameter hole part 63a of a punching tool holder 3 and the inner peripheral surface of a small-diameter hole part 63b The retainer 104 repeats the linear motion wherein it is slid with the small hitting resistance by the point contact without being inclined in relation to the punching tool holder 3, and the plunger 94 performs the liner motion in relation to the retainer 104.
