Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a pyrolysis reactor such that it subjects wastes to pyrolysis uniformly, surely and efficiently in response to change in the input or calorific power of wastes.
SOLUTION: A controller 18 of a pyrolysis reactor for subjecting wastes (a) to pyrolysis such that they have a predetermined temperature at an outlet 12 of a drum to generate pyrolysis gas G1 and pyrolysis residue (b) comprises a temperature sensor 21 provided at a position 13 where the staying time of the wastes (a) becomes a predetermined value and a controller 27 for outputting a control signal 31 which controls the amount of wastes supplied to a pyrolysis reactor 5 such that a temperature detected by the temperature sensor 21 becomes equal to or more than a predetermined minimum temperature necessary for pyrolysis. The controller 18 controls the amount of wastes by inputting the control signal 31 to wastes supply means 3 and the temperature at the position 13 such that it is equal to or more than the predetermined minimum temperature necessary for pyrolysis.
