Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy device for separating pyrtolysis residue exhausted from a pyrolysis reactor into flammable elements and nonflammable elements.
SOLUTION: In a wastes treatment equipment comprising a pyrolysis reactor 1 for subjecting wastes (a) to pyrolysis by heating so as to generate distilled gas G1 and pyrolysis residue (c) which is chiefly composed of nonvolatile elements, an exhaust device 5 for separating the distilled gas G1 and pyrolysis residue (c), a separating device 15 for separating the pyrolysis residue (c) into flammable elements (e) and nonflammable elements (f), and a combustion melting furnace 6 for burning the distilled gas G1 and the flammable elements (e) and melting the resultant ash (k), the separating device 15 connects to a fluidized bed device 9, which discharges the flammable elements (e) entrained by a fluidized gas (d) and the nonflammable elements (f) are discharged together with a bed material 11 to be supplied to the separating device 15, wherein the bed material 11 and the nonflammable elements (f) are separated from each other.
