A controller C2, in charging a storage battery 3 for equipment, controls a first DC power device 32 so that DC power required to charge the storage battery 3 for equipment is generated from AC power of a commercial power supply 20, supplies the DC power from the first DC power supply device 32 to the storage battery 3 for equipment, controls a second DC power supply device 33 so that predetermined DC power is generated from AC power of an AC power supply when a storage battery 21 for power that is a load is connected, generates DC power required to charge the storage battery 21 for power by adding the predetermined DC power to DC power from the storage battery 3 for equipment, and supplies it from the second DC power supply device 33 to the storage battery 21 for power.
