Abstract:

To provide a racket handle to which ergonomic character is imparted and which ensures great precision for a player.

The handle (2) has at least a first bulb (10) formed by a first constriction part (E1), a large diameter part (R1), and another constriction part (E2). The first bulb (10) has a cross section that is octagonal at all points. An octagon is formed by chamfering a rectangle (12) at four chamfer parts (14). Transverse dimensions of a cross section of the first bulb (10) are substantially continuously increased from constriction parts (E1, E2) to the large diameter part (R1) and the transverse dimensions of the cross section are set to be within a prescribed range.
