Abstract:
To prevent the transmission of radioactive rays and improve the reliability of radiation detection.
A first substrate having a converting means converting radioactive rays into electric signals and a second substrate having a processing means processing the electric signals converted by the converting means are stuck together to form a radiation detecting module, and a plurality of radiation detecting modules are arranged to form a radiation detecting device. Adjacent radiation detecting modules are arranged, with the distance between the first substrates made narrower than the distance between the second substrates, so that radioactive rays are not transmitted to the second substrate side.
