This acupressure rod has a mounting rod 10 and the negative ion generator 20. The mounting rod 10 has a circular tubular rod body 11, a mounting hole 13 formed in the rod body 11, an acupressure point 16 formed at the front end of the rod body 11, and air supplying holes 17 arranged along a radial direction in the vicinity of the acupressure point 16 of the rod body 11 at a constant interval.
