To provide techniques capable of collecting information required for the radio network side, with the reduction of a terminal load caused by measurement and/or reporting, and/or the reduction of reporting of less necessary information.

The radio communication system includes a radio terminal that transmits measurement information to a radio network. The radio terminal comprises: means for notifying a radio network that the radio terminal retains information relating to a radio link disconnection; means for receiving from the radio network a request for reporting the radio link disconnection; and means for transmitting to the radio network at least one of signal reception quality, position information of the radio terminal, and a measurement error or positioning accuracy of the position information, as information relating to the radio link disconnection.
