PURPOSE: To attain consecutive communication without intermission substantially as required even when a consecutive communication enable time is limited according to the rule when communication is implemented through the use of a communication channel in a specific small power radio station or the like.

CONSTITUTION: In the MCA communication system employing a specific small power radio station, the communication is implemented between a caller station 10 and a called station 20. A control channel for communication with a control signal between transmission control means 11,21 and a communication channel for consecutive talking communication between communication means 13,22 are used for the radio communication. Plural communication channels are in existence and a channel acquisition means 12 acquires an idle communication channel. The communication means 13,22 make consecutive communication in a time t2 via the acquired communication channel. The communication channel is released after lapse of the time t2. When the communication is required consecutively for the time t2 or over, the transmission control means 11 tries to acquire a new idle communication channel via the channel acquisition means 12 before the end of time. When a new communication channel is acquired, the communication is consecutively implemented via the new communication channel.
