Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct pre-coding that copes with an ever-changing propagation environment in asymmetrical communication, where a time of a down link DL is longer than a time of an up link UL and a symmetrical communication where a switching interval between the UL and the DL is long.
SOLUTION: When an idle slot detection section 119 detects an idle transmission slot with no user data to be sent assigned thereto in a transmission signal, whose frame is configured by a communication frame configuration section 118, the detection section 119 informs a timing control section 115 about it, a switch 121 is switched and a unique word(UW) generated by a UW frame configuration section 120 is transmitted to a communication opposite station, and the communication opposite station uses the UW to estimate a propagation environment and to conduct pre-coding.
