Abstract:
PURPOSE: To preponderantly enhance the bending strength of a board in a specific direction by orienting reinforcing fibers contained in a slurry in the advance direction of a sheet.
CONSTITUTION: In a green sheet manufacturing apparatus of a building board wherein a water permeable sheet 3 is provided so as to be capable of advancing in its longitudinal direction and a raw material supply device 6 supplying a slurry containing reinforcing fibers to the upper surface of the sheet 3 is provided above the sheet 3 and a suction means 4 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet, the raw material supply device 6 is constituted so that a pair of rolls 32F, 32R rotating around the shafts of them in the lateral direction of the sheet 3 in a direction wherein the mutually opposed insides of the rolls move upwardly are provided in close vicinity to the upper surface of the sheet 3 so as to leave an interval in the advance direction and a slurry supply part 42 is provided between the rolls 32F, 32R.
