Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely uniformalize the thickness of a green sheet in a sheet lateral direction and to enhance the material yield of a slurry.
CONSTITUTION: In a green sheet manufacturing apparatus of a building board wherein a water permeable sheet 3 is provided so as to be capable of advancing in the longitudinal direction and a raw material supply device 6 supplying a slurry to the upper surface of the sheet 3 is provided above the sheet 3 and a suction means 4 dehydrating the slurry under reduced pressure is provided to the rear surface of the sheet, the raw material supply device 6 is constituted so that a pair of rolls 32F, 32R rotating around the shafts of them in the lateral direction of the sheet 3 in a direction wherein the mutually opposed insides of the rolls move upwardly are provided in close vicinity to the upper surface of the sheet 3 so as to leave an interval in the advance direction and a slurry supply part 42 is provided between the rolls 32F, 32R. Slurry outflow preventing plates 48 closing the space between both ends of the rolls 32F, 32R in the shaft direction thereof are provided.
