Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an emulsion powder which is excellent in reemulsifiability, and capable of forming substantially the same emulsion as the original emulsion and has a good water resistance.
CONSTITUTION: This emulsion powder is obtained by spray-drying an emulsion formed by the emulsion polymerization of an acrylic monomer in the presence of 2-40wt.% of a polymerizable emulsifier by using a polymer of the emulsifier as protective colloid.
