The reaction device 1 is a biaxial extruder type reaction device having a barrel 2 and 2 screws 3, 3 arranged in parallel in the barrel 2. The screw 3 constituting the reaction object circulating mechanism in the reaction device 1 is formed by engaging a forward screw body 5a, a kneading screw body 5b, a reverse screw body 5c and a forward screw body 5a with a screw shaft center 4 having a hollow structure inside and arranging in order. The temp. control mechanism of the reaction device 1 is constituted of an electric heater provided outside of the barrel 2, a heating device by high temp. steam, a heating medium, electrical heating or the like and a cooling device by water cooling, air cooling, chiller cooling, liquid nitrogen or the like. Particularly the heating device by electrical heating easily performs the control of the temp.
