To provide a readily producible reaction vessel allowing maintenance of good heat conductivity over a long period of time.
The reaction vessel 10 includes: a liquid housing part 12 made of a synthetic resin, and provided with a plurality of holes 11 bored for allowing housing of a reaction liquid used for inspection employing a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) method; and a heat transmission part 13 formed of aluminum having higher heat conductivity than that of the liquid housing part 12. Furthermore, the liquid housing part 12 and the heat transmission part 13 form an integral structure with mutual close adhesion thereof. The heat transmission part 13 is formed of a square aluminum plate, and includes each latching flange part 16 protrusively installed along the peripheral edge on the side of the top surface 13a (side of the liquid housing part 12) thereof; and a plurality of through-holes 14 passing through the top surface 13a and the undersurface 13b. The liquid housing part 12 is integrally formed in a state surrounding the outer peripheral surface including the top surface 13a of the heat transmission part 13 and latching flange part 16. The undersurface 12b of the liquid housing part 12 adheres closely to the top surface 13a of the heat transmission part 13.
