PURPOSE: Quick lime is mixed with waste oil to generate heat, which softens and homogenizes the oil, then, they are mixed with waste activated carbon, organic sludge and other combustible materials and cooled down to produce a fuel with high calorie and solid strength by utilizing wastes.

CONSTITUTION: At first, waste oil is mixed with quick lime usually in an amount of 50W100wt% and the mixture becomes soft because its temperature rises by the heat of reaction of the quick lime with the water remaining in the waste oil and becomes homogenous. The mixture is combined with waste activated carbon, preferably of dried powder or granules, organic sludge such as waste activated sludge, combustible waste plastics, preferably liberating no harmful substances on combustion, waste timbers, rice hulls, combustible tar or pitch and cooled into a powder or solid, thus giving the objective fuel.
