Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a recording apparatus which can be used on a medium made of nonabsorptive medium, metal, or plastic that can be dried and erasable of a white board type.
CONSTITUTION: A recording apparatus comprises a body 2 whose rear part forms a reservdir 8 of ink 9, a transfer rod 12 whose rear part 12a is projected and opened inside the reservoir 8 and whose front end part 12b is projected from the body 2 to form a recording tip, and a cushioning reserving part 13 that is stuck on the transfer rod 12. The surface tension of the ink 9 is within the range of 21mN/m to 25mN/m, and is intended to be used on a nonabsorptive medium made of a metal or plastic. The surface tension of the member forming the cushioning reserving part 13 is less than that of the ink 9 and has a prescribed difference equal to 4mN/m or less. Thereby, when the pressure inside the reservoir 8 is changed, the surplus ink from the transfer rod 12 can be absorbed or returned by the capillarity.
