Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically correct deviation of a dot formation position caused by an inclination of a recording head with respect to a main scanning direction in a recording device for completing an image by causing the recording head formed by arranging recording elements in a sub-scanning direction to perform main scanning in the main scanning direction one time or more and forming a dot in a recording medium.SOLUTION: An inclination of a recording head with respect to a main scanning direction is detected before performing recording operation in a process of at least one main scanning among one or more main scanning, a correction value for correcting deviation of a formation position of the dot caused by the inclination is calculated in accordance with the detection, and driving of the recording elements arranged in the recording head is controlled on the basis of the calculated correction value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
