Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correct accurately and easily the working ampere-turn of the reed switch and widen the scope of its application to sensor etc.
CONSTITUTION: Reeds 2 are positioned facing each other with a certain gap 3 reserved in between and encapsulated in a glass tubing 1, thus a reed switch is constructed, which is supported by clamps 4A, 4B. The clamp 4A is fixed while the other 4B is displaceable in the direction of arrows 6. Part of the glass tubing 1 is heated and softened by a heater lamp 5, and the glass tubing 1 or reed 2 is allowed to displace by the clamp 4B, and thereby the dimension of gap 3 can be increased or decreased.
