Abstract:
To obtain a triangle wave signal whose waveform is stable at all times except a generation stop period without fluctuation in the slope of a triangle wave signal and both peak values resulting from jitter superimposed on a picture element clock.
In the case of generating a triangle wave signal (d) based on a received clock signal (a), when a leading of the received clock signal (a), the generation of the triangle wave signal (d) with a shorter period than the period of the clock signal is started and when the generation of the triangle wave signal (d) is finished, the generation of the triangle wave signal (d) is stopped till the clock signal (a) is detected again.
