Abstract:
本発明は、特定の薬物抗体比（ＤＡＲ）を有する抗体薬物複合体（ＡＤＣ）を有する組成物を得るための方法。ＡＤＣ混合物と疎水性樹脂とを、１５％未満の６以上の薬物負荷種を含む組成物が得られるように接触させることによって、６以上の薬物負荷種を含むＡＤＣを有するＡＤＣ混合物を精製する方法が、本発明に含まれる。本発明はまた、存在するＡＤＣの７０％以上が４以下の薬物負荷種を有し、ＡＤＣが抗ＥＧＦＲ抗体およびオーリスタチンを含む組成物を提供する。
