Abstract:
To provide a refractory wear evaluation device capable of more correctly evaluating the wear degree of a refractory while securing safety.SOLUTION: A refractory wear evaluation device 100 comprises a 3D optical scanner 101 irradiating a refractory 202 subjected to lining at the inside of an industrial furnace 200 with light to acquire the data of reflection light, a 3D optical scanner treatment device 102 creating three-dimensional image data from the data of the reflection light, a measurement reference device 103 having a shape enabling calculation of the standard position of the industrial furnace 200, robot arms 105 movably supporting the 3D optical scanner 101 in such a manner that the whole body of the refractory 202 and the measurement reference device 103 are included in an imaging range R, and a treatment device 106, based on the three-dimensional image data, calculating a reference position from the shape of the measurement reference device 103 and calculating dimensions from the reference position to the surface of the refractory 202.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
