The pre-treatment chamber 22 is communicated with the after-treatment chamber 23 via a circulation duct 25 so that air is circulated from the after-treatment chamber 23 through the freezing chamber 21 into the pre-treatment chamber 22 and the circulation duct 25 and then into the after-treatment chamber 23.
