To provide a refrigeration device sublimator with which the space and production cost of a refrigeration device can be reduced while using a CO2 refrigerant having low environmental load, and refrigeration in a very low temperature range of -50°C or lower can be easily performed, and to provide a refrigeration device using the sublimator.SOLUTION: A refrigeration device sublimator includes: a sealed container 241 in which a heat medium made from a refrigerant that is easily soluble in solid CO2 and that has a boiling point of 0°C or higher at atmospheric pressures can be stored up to the middle height thereof; an inflow tube 243 which is connected to the upper part of the sealed container, and into which a mixed flow of solid CO2 and gas CO2 flows; a first outflow tube 244 that is connected to the upper part of the sealed container and that is for liquids; a second outflow tube 245 that is connected to the upper part of the sealed container and that is for gas; and a heat transfer coil 248 which is disposed on a side surface or the inner side of a lower part of the sealed container that is not higher than the liquid level of the heat medium stored in the sealed container, and through which brine flows. The lower ends of the inflow tube and the first and second outflow tubes are positioned above the liquid level of the heat medium stored in the sealed container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
