A refrigeration pipe 11 and a heater 12 are installed on the bottom surface of a refrigeration plate 10, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency by contact heat transfer from the bottom surface. The under surface of the refrigeration plate 10 is provided with an air duct to circulate a cooling air circulating fan 18 and a ceiling discharge air duct 19. A cooling air discharge hole 20 in the ceiling is configured to be changed in discharge hole area and discharge hole position using a discharge hole switching device 21, so that refrigerating air or defrosting air can be applied to a food product in a concentrated manner to make refrigeration and defrosting more efficiently and reduce the time required therefor.
