The compressor 83 is mounted at an upper rear portion of a refrigerating compartment 30, the refrigerating compartment 30 is composed of a hinged door for closing a front opening, a first freezing compartment 31, a vegetable compartment 32 and a second freezing compartment 33 composed of drawer doors are formed at its lower portion, and foam insulation 23 is filled to integrate a first partitioning wall 40 partitioning the refrigerating compartment 30 and lower storing compartments and the heat insulating housing 24, thus the layout of high efficiency for increasing a food storing height good for usability, and receiving the compressor 83 in an ineffective height of low usability can be provided, and a constitution of the partitioning wall capable of surely insulating the storing compartments of various temperature zones from heat while securing the strength of the heat insulating housing 24, can be realized.
