Abstract:

To provide a refrigerator or the like, capable of efficiently sterilizing floating bacteria, easily installed at home without grounding and improving sterilization efficiency by easily bringing ions into contact with the floating bacteria without complicating an apparatus.

When cold air is blasted into a storage chamber by operating a blower and opening a damper, high voltage is applied to an electrode to generate cations and anions, and the cations and anions are released into a cold air circulating passage.
