The heater of the heater unit 5 is a far-infrared heater using a carbon material as a heat source. Thereby, even when the bathing person is in a washing place or in a bathtub, the head, neck or shoulder can be warmed from above to prevent the body from being cooled, even in a cold season to thereby attain comfortable bathing.
