Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a regenerated paper sheet by recovering and regenerating paper products containing resin components.
CONSTITUTION: Paper products containing resin components are treated in advance to prepare a paper stock similar to the case of a pulp raw material and the resultant paper stock is supplied from a flow box 1 and subjected to paper making in a paper-making unit 2. A sheet of crepe paper (T) is fed from thin paper rolls 12 and 13 and bonded to each of the right and back sides of the obtained wet web (W). The resultant crepe paper-bonded web is then pressed by pressing units 6 and 7 and subsequently dried through a Yankee drier 14 and a multi-cylinder type drier 15, thus producing the objective rolled sheet 16.
