Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily recover various physical properties such as thermal stability of a fluorine-based inert liquid from the state deteriorated by use to the state before use.
CONSTITUTION: A fluorine-based inert liquid deteriorated by use, e.g. perfluoro-2 n-propyltetrahydrofuran and perfluoro-2nbutyltetrahydrofuran is brought into contact with fluorine gas to regenerate the deteriorated fluorine-based inert liquid.
