PURPOSE: To improve service for customers and to shorten time for processing in the case of a bank-book transaction.

CONSTITUTION: Automated equipment 1 is provided with a transaction processing part 11a, unregistered data processing part 11b, printing selection designating part 11c and printing control part 11d and a host 200 is provided with a data managing part 21. When the bank-book transaction is designated from the customer, the transaction processing part 11a performs that transaction processing and transmits this transaction information to the host 200. When the report of the bank-book transaction is received, the data managing part 21 transmits a telegraphic message containing the non-registered data, the number of non-registered data and the data for this transaction as first one telegraphic message. The unregistered data processing part 11b receives these telegraphic messages. The printing selection designating part 11c compares the received number of non-registered data with a reference value and when the value of unregistered data exceeds the reference value, whether printing all the non-registered data, printing them while designating any term or printing data only for this transaction is selected.
