Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable high-speed displacement of a tension roller and carry out rapid absorption of fluctuation in warp yarn tension by locating a rocking fulcrum of a rocking type tension roller above the aforementioned tension roller and on the center line before and after the rocking of the above-mentioned roller during one rotation of a loom.
CONSTITUTION: Weft yarn (T) sent from a warp beam is delivered through a position fixed type guide roller 2 and guided with a rocking type tension roller 3 while absorbing the fluctuation in tension of the warp yarn. In the process, the rocking fulcrum 5 of the above-mentioned tension roller 3 is located above the aforementioned tension roller 3 and on the center line (L) before and after the rocking of the roller 3 rocking during one rotation of a loom. Thereby, even if the above-mentioned tension roller 3 is deviated from the center line before and after the rocking to either of the front and back sides, moment of inertia and moment of own weight mutually oppose to displace the tension roller 3 at a high speed.
