Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay server, which realizes a relay system capable of cipher communication between terminals in different local systems. SOLUTION: For requesting a cipher communication, a terminal 21 informs a relay server 4 that the terminal will conduct the cipher communication by sending attribute information, etc., when log-in to the relay server 4, thereby transferring data in the cipher communication between the server 4 and the terminal 21. When a terminal 11 logs-in the server 4 and requests connection to the terminal 21, the server 4 instructs the terminal 11 to conduct cipher communication. Thus the cipher communication is conducted between the terminal 11 and the server 4 and between the server 4 and the terminal 21, this realizing the cipher communication substantially between the terminals 11, 12.
