PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a person who has an insufficient expert knowledge related to reform to sufficiently precisely perform estimate calculation with simple operation.SOLUTION: A kind of a component selected for every portion of a building and calculation of removal cost, often depend on a structure of an existing building being a reform object, and the calculation is complicated so as to need skills. Therefore, a basic specification is determined and, for every portion of the building, components, wage, and removal cost of the existing structure needed for reform of the portion are determined. The elements are basic specification data 40. Then, according to consultation with a client, a specification is freely changed for every portion. By referring to change data 43 indicating a change content, while holding a relationship between a portion and a component of the basic specification data 40, the basic specification data is replaced with data of the designated portion to create proposal specification data 42, and then the pieces of proposal specification data are collected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
