A controller 3a stores data to a memory 3e and displays a setting menu onto a display device 3b. When the operator makes setting on the setting menu, the controller 3a sets total items, a total range, a data comparison type, a display form and a total type to a total section 3f and sets year, month, day set to a total date area to the total section 3f. The controller 3a reads a layout from the memory 3e and displays it on the display device 3b. When the operator designates a block indicating an equipment number on the layout menu, the controller 3a recognizes the equipment number and displays the equipment information of the equipment number to an equipment information display area of the layout menu and sets the equipment number to the total section 3f. The total section 3f reads data from the memory 3e and totalizes the data to be displayed in graph table and displays the result of total onto the display device 3b.
