To provide a remote monitor management system that solves problems of a remote monitor center system using the conventional telephone line and the Internet.
The remote monitor management system is provided with a facility device communication address number setting means 110 of assigning a number matching an IP telephone system to a facility device constituted by the remote monitor management system by a communication/maintenance management server 90, and a communication and corresponding data processing means 120 capable of performing communication and corresponding data processing with a device for monitoring, diagnosing, controlling, and maintaining the facility device on an in-building facility device network 10 by performing connection with a communication opposite party and communication data processing by the communication/maintenance management server 90 when the facility device on the in-building facility device network 10 changes in state or becomes abnormal or when the state of the facility device on the in-building facility device is maintained.
