A beacon-cycle information is added to a beacon signal transmitted from the radio communication device and transmitted, and a backoff time is set by the peripheral radio communication device on the basis of the beacon-cycle information. When there is the data transmitted to the corresponding radio communication device from the peripheral one, the collisions with data transmissions from other ones can be prevented so that the data begin to be transmitted after the backoff time passes.
