Abstract:
To provide devices and methods that allow controlled, localized delivery of drug agents, especially soluble agents, to specific treatment areas within a mammalian body.SOLUTION: An outer sheath is capable of being split to form multiple sheath sections (230, 232) that may be peeled back to expose a portion or all of an expandable medical device.
