PURPOSE: To enable a cylindrical member to be removed from a tire molding drum with high efficiency by keeping the structure simple and inexpensive.

CONSTITUTION: When the cylindrical member 15 is removed, it is brought into a tire molding drum 24 having a conveyor 55 with a size reduced by a cylinder 53, and after the cylindrical member 15 is shifted from the tire molding drum 24 onto the conveyor 55. It is carried out therefrom by the conveyor 55. In this manner, the removing work can be done only by shifting the cylindrical member 15 onto the conveyor 55, moreover, at the occasion of removing, since the conveyor 55 per se never moves and only the cylindrical member 15 is carried, the moving work is conducted readily and working efficiency is improved.
