To provide a repair system and a repair method for a refractory layer that can uniformly form a refractory layer of desired thickness and allows the mechanization of spraying work of unshaped refractory.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a repair system for a structure having a refractory layer on its inner surface, the repair system having: a measurement device that measures a three-dimensional shape of the structure inner surface; a removing device that removes at least part of the refractory layer of the structure inner surface; a spraying device that sprays the structure inner surface with unshaped refractory; and a spraying control device that controls the spraying device based on the results of measurement by the measurement device.SELECTED DRAWING: None
