Abstract:
To provide a repair system and a repair method for a refractory layer that can easily form a refractory layer of a desired thickness without depending on the skill of a worker.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a repair system for a structure having a refractory layer on its inner surface, the repair system having: a measurement device that measures a three-dimensional shape of the structure inner surface; a removing device that removes at least part of the refractory layer of the structure inner surface; a spraying device that sprays the structure inner surface with unshaped refractory; a construction condition calculating device that calculates construction conditions in the spraying on the basis of a three-dimensional shape measured by the measurement device; and a construction condition presenting device that presents the construction conditions when the spraying device sprays the unshaped refractory.SELECTED DRAWING: None
