Abstract:
To suppress occurrence of a residue of a support in a process for separating the support as compared with a configuration having a process for heating to temperature higher than a melting point of the support and separating the support.SOLUTION: A reproduction method of a cylinder 12 includes: a process for forming a paint film 14 with a thermosetting resin as a main constituent on an outer peripheral surface 12a, and for preparing the metal cylinder 12 in which a pair of flanges 18 with a thermoplastic resin as a main constituent is joined to edges 12c at both sides of an inner peripheral surface 12b via a jointing material 17; and a process for heating the cylinder 12 at temperature that is lower than a crosslinking temperature T1 of the paint film 14 and a melt point T3 of the flanges 18 and is equal to or more than a softening point T2 of the jointing material 17, and for separating the pair of flanges 18 from the cylinder 12; and a process for peeling the paint film 14 by gripping the inner peripheral surface 12b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
