To manufacture a resin composite hose, which can well prevent the ply separation of a resin layer and a rubber layer after extrusion molding and can easily perform processing after extrusion molding, inexpensively by a simple process.
In manufacturing the resin composite hose constituted by laminating an inner rubber layer and the outer rubber layer to the resin layer 12, voltage is applied across the electrode 40 inserted in a primary laminated pipe and the cylindrical electrode 42 set outside the primary laminated pipe while subjecting a hollow primary laminated pipe 10A having the laminated structure of the inner rubber layer and the resin layer 12 in a straight tube shape to produce a plasma gas on the outer peripheral side of the resin layer 12 under atmospheric pressure and the outer surface of the resin layer 12 is modified by atmospheric pressure plasma treatment. Thereafter, the outer rubber layer is continuously extruded to mold a secondary laminated pipe and the secondary laminated pipe is cut into a predetermined dimension while the cut secondary laminated pipe is applied to a mandrel in an extrapolation state to perform main vulcanization treatment.
