To obtain a resin composite excellent in strength and recyclability by compositing a crystalline cyclodiene polymer and a polymer other than a crystalline cyclodiene polymer.
In the case of, e.g. a cyclohexadiene polymer, a polymer which comprises only one kind of structural units selected from five kinds of stereoisomeric structural units represented by formulas I to V is used as the crystalline cyclodiene polymer (A). As a polymer (B) other than polymer A, an amorphous cyclodiene polymer is preferable, and a polymer which has the chemical structure of polymer A and comprises a mixture of different kinds of stereoisomeric structural units can be used. The resin composite is prepared by polymerizing a monomer for polymer B in a solvent in the presence of a catalyst for forming polymer B and then polymerizing a monomer for polymer A in the presence of an Ni catalyst in a reaction solution prepared as above for forming polymer B or by adding a monomer for polymer B and a monomer for polymer A to a reaction solvent, then adding a catalyst for forming polymer B to polymerize the monomer for polymer B, and adding an Ni catalyst to polymerize the monomer for polymer A.
