Abstract:
To provide a resin composition having excellent oxygen barrier properties at high humidity under low temperature heating conditions, and a coating layer formation agent, a coating layer and a laminate each including the resin composition.SOLUTION: A resin composition contains a hydrolysate of inorganic alkoxide (A) and a polyvinyl alcohol resin (B), where, the polyvinyl alcohol resin (B) has a glass transition temperature of 65°C-80°C and includes a constitutional unit including a primary hydroxy group in its molecular structure.SELECTED DRAWING: None
