To provide an epoxy resin based resin composition for a floor coating material of excellent workability having durability such as wear resistance and impact resistance.
The resin composition for the floor coating material contains bisphenol type epoxy resin, urethane modified epoxy resin, and an inorganic filler with a true specific gravity of 2.5 or more and an apparent specific gravity of 0.6 or more. The resin composition for the floor coating material is suitably usable as a main agent because of simultaneously having moderate hardness and flexibility by the bisphenol type epoxy resin and urethane modified epoxy resin and thereby having excellent durability. A floor coating material coated film executed using the resin composition for the floor coating material can simultaneously have a moisture influence suppressing effect by an inorganic filler settling layer in addition to a high bonding effect to backing concrete which epoxy resin has originally.
