This resin composition for a compounded wood comprises a radically polymerizable polymer compound and a polymerizable unsaturated monomer. The radically polymerizable polymer compound is a polymer compound containing two or more radically polymerizable double bonds in one monomer on the average and the polymerizable unsaturated monomer comprises a compound represented by general formula (I) as an essential component to give the resin composition for a compounded wood.
